General Information

The online store Woodfiremet.com offers its customers products that can be purchased through the website. It is also possible to order custom-made goods.

Prices presented in the online store are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 §1 of the Polish Civil Code. They also do not reflect the current stock level.

All products offered on Woodfiremet.com are original, new, and free from defects.

Prices and Orders

Prices of biofireplaces and accessories listed on the website include VAT (23%). Orders can be placed via the website form, by phone, or by e-mail.

Prices for custom-made items are determined individually. A VAT invoice can be issued upon the customer's request.

The company proceeds with the order after receiving a minimum prepayment of 50% of the total purchase price. The receipt of payment, confirmed electronically by Woodfiremet.com staff, constitutes the conclusion of a sales agreement between the Buyer and Woodfiremet.com.

To place an order, the customer must provide personal data (current phone number and e-mail address).

Delivery

Products available in stock at the time of ordering may be shipped within seven days after payment is credited. Lead times for custom-made products are determined individually.

If the expected delivery time is longer than planned, the customer will be contacted by phone or e-mail to be informed about the delay and to confirm the validity of the order. Shipments are not dispatched on weekends and public holidays.

The delivery cost depends on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and is calculated by the courier company. If the order contains multiple items, the shipping fee is charged once for the entire order.

The total delivery time equals the sum of the order processing time and the shipping time. Deliveries are carried out by courier or transport companies within 1–7 business days from the shipping date.

Payments

The Buyer may pay for the ordered goods in various ways. Woodfiremet.com reserves the right to limit available payment methods or request partial or full prepayment.

Withdrawal from the Agreement

Each customer who made a purchase in our store has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods. If the product is custom-made, withdrawal from the contract is not possible (in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).

To withdraw from the contract, the Buyer should send a written statement by e-mail to sale@woodfiremet.com or by traditional mail to: Bizneson Sp. z o.o., ul. Rakowicka 10B, lok. 4, 31-511 Kraków, Poland.

In the case of withdrawal, Woodfiremet.com will refund all payments received from the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Woodfiremet.com reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received. The Buyer must send the goods back to the company’s registered address within 14 days of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

Complaints

Complaints can only be submitted in writing by sending an e-mail to the company’s address. The complaint should include:

• Title “Complaint” with order details and a copy of the purchase confirmation;
• Customer’s contact information;
• Product name and code;
• Description of the issue;
• Photos showing the defect (recommended).

After reviewing the complaint, the company will inform the Buyer about the outcome and solution (via e-mail or phone) within the time limit specified by law.

Personal Data

By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data necessary for order fulfillment. All information remains confidential and is not used for any other purposes.
